1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ScoutingStats mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. ScoutingStats Premium Subscription
ScoutingStats offers an auto-renewing subscription service called "ScoutingStats Premium".
- Subscription Title: ScoutingStats Premium
- Subscription Length: Monthly (1 month)
- Price: From £12.99 per month (see pricing page for current plans)
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions cancelled during an active billing period will remain active until the end of that period. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
4. Use of Service
You agree to use ScoutingStats for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of ScoutingStats, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Scouting Stats AI LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content & Uploads
ScoutingStats allows you to upload images and create templates using our Report Builder tool.
Your Responsibility
- You retain ownership of content you upload
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any images you upload
- You grant ScoutingStats permission to store and display your content within the platform
Template Gallery
If you submit templates for publication in our public gallery:
- Submissions are reviewed before publication
- Templates containing unlicensed copyrighted material (such as player photographs or club logos) will not be approved
- We may remove published content if we receive valid copyright complaints
Private Use
Reports you create for your own use are your responsibility. We recommend ensuring you have appropriate rights to any images before distributing reports externally.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on ScoutingStats infringes your copyright, contact us at enquiries@scoutingstats.ai with details of the copyrighted work and the location of the infringing content.
7. Limitation of Liability
ScoutingStats is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or predictions provided by the service. In no event shall Scouting Stats AI LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
